Choose from 4 different class levels to find the workout that suits you best.

If it’s your first time using a reformer, we recommend starting with a Beginner Class.

 
  • Our Beginner Class is perfect for those new to the Reformer. We’ll kick things off with a quick intro to the basics - proper posture, breathing, and then dive into a beginner-friendly workout. Get ready to master the movement patterns on the Reformer. No experience needed—everyone's welcome, so don’t be shy.

  • Our Level 1 classes are perfect if you're familiar with the Reformer but don’t have a solid routine yet. If you enjoy a full-body workout with manageable challenges, this class is made for you!

  • Level 2 is for intermediates looking to elevate their Reformer practice. We mix challenging exercises with dynamic flows to boost your strength, endurance, and coordination. You should be confident with Level 1 classes and ready for more complex movements.

  • Level 3 is for our Reformer Rockstars ready to take it up a notch! Expect advanced flows that test your muscles and sharpen your precision.
